This year, SSC and Equivalent Exam Results was published on July 10, 2025. A total of 68.45% pass among 19,28,970 students appeared from 11 Education Board under Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board Bangladesh.
It is also seen that many students miss A+ while other students fail for 1 mark. This year, the evaluation was very strict compared to the last few years’ exam, said some teachers, Guardian’s.
The students who are not satisfied with their current results, are advised to submit the Board Challenge. The application process via Teletalk was started on July 11, just a day after the SSC Result.

According to Dhaka Education Board, this year, about 2.5 lakh students from all over the country applied for the SSC Board Challenge. Among them, a total of 92,863 students has applied from Dhaka Education Board. Those who are waiting for the result, advised to read detailed information given in the following table;

SSC Review Result Published Date
Every year, the review result is published within or after 25 days of the application. This year, SSC Board Challenge Result will be published within August 10, 2025. Once published, students can check their updated GPA through the respective board’s websites.
This year, the Board Challenge process was started on July 11. Interested students already submitted their application till the last date July 17, 2025, via Teletalk SMS. So, it is assumed that the result will be published in the first or second week of August 2025.
How to Check SSC Challenge Result
Those students who applied for the re-evaluation, are eagerly waiting for their results. Students from all over the country can check their SSC Board Challenge Result 2025 online once published officially. However, they will need to open their respective board’s website instead of Education Board Results website.
For example, a student from the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Dhaka need to visit the official website at www.dhakaeducationboard.gov.bd. On the other hand, Comilla Board’s students are advised to visit web.comillaboard.gov.bd.
For convenience, students can follow the step by step instructions given below;
- First of all, visit the Education Board Website.
- On the homepage, find out the “SSC” menu.
- Click on the menu, it will open the dedicated page.
- Now, find out the notice titled “Re-scrutiny Result” and click there.
- The Result page will be displaed on the screen.
- Save the page as a PDF on your device.
- Open the page using PDT Readers app, and tap on the search icon.
- Type the Roll Number.
If the roll number highlighted there, it means the result has been changed after the Board Challenge. They need to wait a few days to update the GPA on the Education Board Result website (www.educationboardresults.gov.bd).
Final Words
Note that this year the pass rate of SSC and Equivalent Exams are lowest compared to the last 16 years. On the other hand, the number of the applicants for result review increased compared to the last few years.
As per the Dhaka Board, about 2.5 lakh students have applied for the Board Challenge. Among them, 92,863 students applied from Dhaka Board. Some students have applied for one subject, while others have applied for two or more subjects. Last year, 71,034 students applied for re-evaluation of their SSC results under this Board.
